My pc had a weird problem. If I restart then it turnoff but couldn’t power on. It stucks on a black screen with a (_) on top of the screen. So i had to press my power button and then turn it ON again. If I shutdown and press power button they works fine. But if I restart it stucks. Anything wrong from bios? Can you help?

Yo I saw your old video abut 3 years ago about windows 11 and my glitch is that when I on my Lock Screen and I swipe up to put in my password I will get a losing avatar next to my corsor and and it will send me back to the time screen and other times it will turn black and go back to the time screen also, hopefully you see this PLEASE HELP 🙏🙏🙏
