It’s an amazing place. But, I don’t understand why they hate 4 bedroom homes. I’ve got 3 kids and my mom living with us. Definitely couldn’t squeeze my family into that. And how about an office or spare room for a man/woman cave. I just don’t see that these dream homes are very accommodating for families of 4 or more. I do love the house though. Definitely like the pet area/laundry room.

I don’t understand why this is the only designer they use, like bring in Chip & Jo, this seems purely designed for his lifestyle with only dogs. Where do the kids come in and drop their backpacks and do homework on a sturdy wooden table in the kitchen where we can make them a sandwich from circus stripes to a striped bathroom shower it’s not warm. It’s not inviting. It’s very cold to me with warm colors, which is weird and chaotic!

I’ll be getting more Sherwin Williams to paint over that circus ceiling Can’t wait to use the sim I’ll have yall over and put the dogs up lol

I understand how the other person feels that this person is always the one who does all the designing and all, however it would be nice to see somebody else to a design for one of the dream houses, I will say this it's a beautiful home however what about the history why did you decide to build their what type of house did you decide to build what is the history of the town and the state put a little bit of that into the house as well, however put a little bit more color turn on South Carolina also make it a little bit more friendly even though it does look friendly make it look as though you can have different types of parties there and and child friendly make sure the furniture is able to handle whatever a child May spill or drop on it, overall it's a beautiful house however I'd like to see somebody next year design

This house is frankly very cluttered… the black kitchen hardware is very low end looking. Everything is mush mashed together. Very very undesirable home

I thank god for my beautiful home. Can wait to have the family over for holidays.

Love many things about the house. The intense paint colors, not so much. Maybe if they were 50% lighter. It would give more flexibility in introducing accent colors.

The outdoor areas are better than anything I've seen on $100 million homes. There are 7-8 seating areas there. The use of space there was truly amazing.
