lol i stumbled across this version and the minus one from a baptist post. the original one was the word "Nephi" as KJV Bible reader, i wondered who is Nephi, i searched on the net--it is found in Apocrypha book. although according to the source i read Nephi still has Hebrew as its roots. There. The beautiful song was composed by Ms Sally de Ford, who belongs to The Church of the Latter Day Saints denomination. Nephi was replaced by "David" instead by some singers who sang Ms de Ford's uplifting songs and compositions and i should say dedicated to Christ and His work on man's salvation. I love her music for Christ. I can feel that she dedicates them all to Him, thus it touched many listeners who seek Christ. God has His people working in different organizations. And His people know His voice, like a lamb when it hears the Sheperd's voice. keyword: polarising

Yes, Nephi is one of the prophets in The Book of Mormon Another Testament of Jesus Christ. I am a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. I love to hear this song sang by other faith. They have golden voices. Thank you for singing this song. 😍☺️ I love the message of this song.
