Thanks for the video. I’m trying so hard to draft my 2025 Tbr. There’s nothing pretentious about ownvoices preferrences. Most of the time, it is the most comforting and better written than outsider rep. Even though any good writer can do well with representation… ❤

Another tip is to not be afraid to move to Hoboken or Jersey City if you want the NYC vibes but a more chill environment. Parts of Hoboken are on the subway lines too

hi, congrats for moving out! 🎉 even tho i am not an american and i live far away , that was helpful and entertaining, i am obsessed with this kinda videos, those are pricey pricey apartments in my city it’s the same (one bedroom one bath small kitchen for about 10k) and that’s it and sometimes it has no kitchen nor bath only a bed .. 🤯 the fourth apartment was actually good , but i don’t understand what and why they have the AC and the heater like that … at the end i hope u decide the best for you 💜
