In Italy a long long time ago we used to have a 6-hour clock. Now that must have been confusing. I’m very thankful we now function on a 24-hour clock.

I really appreciate your tips. I was diagnosed at age 27 and I am 49 now. I feel like I went through all of those tips in the past but it's good to go through them again. I remember how devastated I was when I first got diagnosed but after the short grieving stage I was ready to move on. One of the biggest things that helped for me came from Stoic Philosophy where you accept the things you cannot change and focus on only the things that you can control. I love your attitude about this! Good luck Insulin Brother!

First, get rid of that crappy factory radio. You can get a nice touch screen with android auto for $300.

Really really liked your video. I'll be getting a few of these items based on your recommendations for my '17 JKU. Quick couple questions. Who makes the dash cubby insert, and what tires/ lift are you running ? I've got the same wheels and about to get new tires. I like your setup. Thanks. ~~ Mike

I was the patient for our final nighttime WFR scenario. “Chilling” in the redwoods of Santa Cruz with fake blood and gore all over my leg is a great memory 😂

I constantly am turning to my sister saying what time is 13:40. I was thinking about changing my phone but I don’t know if it will actually ever sink in. I know how it works how to use it but it’s like my brain just really hates it.

Re training your brain to form different habits feels the same to your brain as physical pain. I'm not saying this to dissuade you, but to let you know that it isn't your fault that it feels hard to learn how to think in the 24h clock. Just keep trying until your brain doesn't get annoyed with you anymore. 😜 Once it clicks, you'll be happy that you learned it.

I learned a lot and thank you! Can they send it to international home addressees abroad? Such as a debit or credit card? Kind of challenging to go back to the country in person order to receive those and going back. The cost and time consuming.
