This tune is in Ab Major, not F Minor. That's just the first chord.

F Minor is the relative Minor. Same thing!

While it is true that f minor is the relative minor of Ab Major and thus has the same number of flats in the key signature, they aren’t the same key. It’s a common mistake to assume that the first chord of the piece is its key.
