You *connect* the red cable. Not *disconnect* it. The battery won't charge if it's not connected. 😀

How do I charge ?
@AnnaNavarre698 Жыл бұрын
You use the power cord and plug it into the “in” slot on the back of the power bank. You will need a power cord adapter, but then you just plug it into the wall. It does take awhile to fully charge.

Anna...you said some confusing thing here. The red cable actually comes disconnected so it doesn't drain the battery. So what you need to do is remove the battery (as you had shown) and connect the red cable to the terminal (opposite of what you said). Once you've connected the cable, you're good to go. This thing is now live.

Thank you for this nice video. I also live in the desert. I shop at the Kingman, AZ Walmart. This is the first time I'm using the app to buy my groceries. It's a real benefit since we are enduring the Covid-19 issue. Thanks again!

We are practically neighbors. I live in Golden Valley, so the app is perfect for me. I need to make that one trip worth the drive. Thanks for watching! Merry Christmas!

@@AnnaNavarre698 Yes, I have a problem. I tried twice using the Walmart App to purchase my groceries for delivery & the acrylic code wouldn't accept my food stamp card. The isn't anything wrong with my EBT Card & I have enough funds. Who do I talk to about this issue because I know my groceries can still be delivered to my address.

Gosh, I don’t know much about the cards, but when my granddaughter was staying with me she got a P-EBT card. I had trouble with it too. I can’t remember if I didn’t have the correct password; if It wasn’t set up; or if I had the wrong number. I went online to her account and confirmed/set up the password. It worked after that. I’m not sure who can help with this. Somehow it is not getting the authorization to your account.

Update: The orange grocery Walmart app has been phased out. Walmart has made the grocery app part of the original blue Walmart app. It works the same way, so this video should still be helpful.

Are you teaching from your ipad as well, or just holding the ipad or phone up to a PC during class?
@AnnaNavarre6985 жыл бұрын
I usually teach from a PC and hold up the iPad, or phone. I prefer using this app on my iPad, because the pictures are of course larger. The bad part is that holding up the iPad is a little more awkward than using a phone.

Do u like this better then google slides? do u find it easier?
@AnnaNavarre6985 жыл бұрын
I haven't tried Google slides. It seems like it would be easier, but because of previous computer/app problems I prefer not having extra programs running. On the other hand, it sounds way more convenient then holding up an iPad.

Hello! I’m new to using the S2A app. I love it! How do you show the app to your students? I’m using an iPhone and I find it clumsy to hold it up to the camera. Any advice? Thank you !
@AnnaNavarre6985 жыл бұрын
Jillian Walsh I understand feeling clumsy with using a device for rewards. I use an iPad, so it feels bulky and odd to me. I’m still really learning to feel comfortable. The only tips I can suggest while you are learning is to stick with one reward, don’t try to adjust for each student. Decide if you are using the rewards, or the props. Don’t try changing between the two until you feel more comfortable. Hold your phone up close to show students the choices and then pull it back so you can see it. I like to keep clicking on the star so that it looks like it is flashing. I usually have students make a couple of choices. It is easier to have student make multiple choices then it is to keep pulling it back out to use, especially if I am pushed for time. I’m definitely not a master at this, but I hope this helps.

since you're a gadget person, think about picking up an Instant Pot, or something like that. You can cook those beans in about 12 minutes. Maybe they taste better from the crock, what do I know. Thanks for the vid. Lard! Who knew!

I need to get those. How did it smell? Did it have a strong smell?
@AnnaNavarre6987 жыл бұрын
They are great! The smell is very faint, but I think it will depend on the quality of fragrance oil you use. Essential oils probably work best, but I don't like a overpowering smell anyways.
