The WB Network's Sunday EasyView block of shows was a wonderful concept at the time. Back in 2003 there were no major television streaming services and there was no KZbin. This concept doesn't would work well today due to the fact that most modern day shows can be viewed on multiple streaming services and online archiving services. Things have changed since then.

Glad you enjoy it. Technically the visual quality of the recordings that I made back in 2003 are not as good as the ones from 2004 and onward. The 2005 ones and onward are the ones that the ones that produce the best results from the artificial intelligence enhanceme software (AVC Labs) that I use. I haven't told this to anyone but it was my plan to get rid of the commercials and promos from my Nickelodeon, Disney Channel and WB Network recordings. It was my youngest sister who convinced me to share them on my KZbin channel. I plan to upload all of them no matter how short or trivial. I know that everything becomes nostalgic over the decades to the correct viewer. What I upload is mildly nostalgic to me but I suspect it is more special to people who are younger than me including my youngest sister and yourself as well. I feel an obligation to share and I always try my best to show respect. In about an hour I plan to upload a short promotion for the Smallville show which was based on the Superman DC comic universe. That show was very popular among both female and male viewers.

1978 that's about the year country music died out
@renegonzalez6755
@renegonzalez6755 4 күн бұрын
Thank you for your comment. Pinpointing the year 1978 as an exact moment when Country died is a strong statement and I will respect such a statement. I do know that it takes time to fully realize how things change weather good or bad and a lot of time has indeed passed since 1978. In my opinion music is perhaps one of the most flexible and popular forms of art. This means that music can be incorporated into other things that we also enjoy including but not limited to films, TV shows, parties, religious gatherings, dinning, work, school....etc. Exactly what lead to Country music's demise might be due to how the genre was able (or not able) to adapt to changing times. I hate to bring up Garth Brooks but as someone who was born in 1982 I witnessed what Garth did for Country music. This was considered new, exciting and innovative back in the 90s and early 2000's. Has there been more significant innovations and experimental concepts within the Country music genre since the early 2000s? I can't answer such a question because I don't follow Country music as much as I do Rock/Metal music. I do listen to Country music once in a while thanks to Uber drivers and construction workers who bring portable wireless speakers to my job sites. What I can say is that Country music could use a major shakeup because according to my 42 year old ears the lyrics, rhythm and seems outdated and there seems to be a lack of Country music subgenres. In my opinion subgenres allow music to stay relevant and fresh year after year. In order to gain and keep lifelong followers bands have to know what people like. There either is nothing wrong with playing the classics and starting a live concert with a classic song is a way to show respect to the genre as a whole. Still, there has to be innovation or else things are doomed to fail.

do you have any Simpsons promos? There's a couple I remember for UPN 24(WCGV) from Milwaukee, both were musical promos with a female voice singing the names of Simpsons characters, one done in the style of classical music("Lovejoy, Krabbaple, Maggie, Troy McClure")and another done in the style of country music(I remember that one ended with Doris the Lunch Lady and then going "It's a Simpsons world 24"). Both aired in the early 2000s.

Thank you for your comment. Unfortunately I did not record broadcasts from the UPN Network (Formerly KBHK-TV). I did upload a KBHK promotion from 1996 for the Gumby claymation show but it wasn't me who recorded it. The Simpsons sitcom is insanely popular for many reasons. The family is American just like the family on King Of The Hill. Both shows are controversial but the good values and love makes up for the controversy. I am not sure if you are a fan of King Of The Hill. I had a bad perception of the show but my cousins who have family in Texas told me to give the show a chance. I eventually got to know the characters and I realized that this country is made up of many states that differ from each other. This is part of what makes this country so wonderful. I was born in Mexico and my parents brought me to California at the age of 2. There is an episode of King Of The Hill that focuses on the immigration from Mexico. It is a very good episode that "won me" and I became a fan of the show.

Hello Rene. If I had that Trix School Dance commercial that you seek I would have already uploaded it by now. 2002 is one of my all time favorite years regarding the Nickelodeon Network. Back then I was still recording onto VHS. It wasn't until 2003 that my recording frequency increased thanks to the simplicity and convenience of the TiVo DVR recorder. I was limited by computer hard drive capacity. Thankfully by 2005 the prices of hard drives became very affordable and there was a lot of competition between the Seagate, Western Digital, Maxtor, and Hitachi brands. I do plan to continue uploading cereal commercials. Trix happens to be the cereal that I ate the most often when I was a kid in the 80s and 90s. Back then the Trix cereal pieces were all round shaped.

I love focusing on the good aspects regarding the beloved Nickelodeon television network. These bumpers are definitely part of the good. If you really think about it there is no monetary gain from these bumpers because there is no product or service being advertised. The actors are every day kids and not paid celebrities. In my opinion these bumpers were a way for the network to show representation regarding the viewers. This specific bumper focuses on a Nickelodeon viewer from Florida who happens to be Hispanic. As a Hispanic person myself I absolutely watched Nickelodeon. I also watched Univision, Telemundo, Galavision and TVAzteca but Nickelodeon has a special place in the hearts of all those who tuned in. I absolutely plan to upload more Nick Beat bumpers. Some feature kids showing their hobbies and passions while others focused on answers to polls that were featured on the Nick.com website. Some were dialogue free and simply showed kids engaging in activities like horseback riding and surfing. One that really comes to mind is the one where a young middle school aged girl shows how she draws women wearing summer dresses and skirts with colored pencils. This particular bumper is extra long and was recorded in a way that makes the viewers feel like they are right next to the young girl as she is drawing. I will do my best to share this bumper sometime in the near future. These things are special and they should not be rushed.

Many celebrities begin their career by appearing in commercials. Online sources including Wikipedia and IMDB do document some but not all the commercials in which a particular celebrity appeared in. I usually do some research before uploading a commercial or promotion to my KZbin channel. Two days ago I searched on KZbin if a Pillsbury Toaster Strudel commercial was already available. It is available and the actor who appears in it left a comment stating "That's me." I left a comment stating that he also appeared on a series of promotions for Disney Channel's "So Hot Summer" block of shows alongside Brenda Song, Anneliese van der Pol and an unknown young girl. The actor has yet to respond to my comment and I suspect he won't. I simply wish to give him credit for being on the commercial by adding his name to the video description.

SpongeBob is in my top 3 list of all time favorite Nick Toons. I have more SpongeBob related commercials and promos that I plan to upload to KZbin. I was in 11th. grade when SpongeBob premiered. I immediately fell in love with the show. CatDog was already well established and popular on Nickelodeon when SpongeBob premiered. That character took the world by storm. The show is taylored for kids but adults also love it as well. It is recognized worldwide and the amount of product merchandising is overwhelming. I know that some parents dislike the show and that is fine. For me personally I see many good values throughout that show. SpongeBob is technically an adult but he has a mind like a child. A child that is incapable of wishing harm on others and is very proud of his job. The characters are so different to each other which is an indirect way of teaching the fact that people come in many colors. I tend to rant....

Thank you for your comment. It was not me who recorded this series of television news reports because I bought them via eBay as a series of VX format videotapes. I suspect that whoever did was either a friend or a family member of the fallen soldier. I was not alive yet during the Vietnam war and I know that the winners of the war are still being debated. These news reports focused one a single fallen soldier. There must be other soldiers who were prisoners of war which were never allowed to tell their story post mortem. Vietnam veterans are the best source of information because what are sometimes shown on television is only a tiny fraction of the overall truth. I follow a KZbinr named Jake Broe who covers the news regarding the ongoing Ukraine/Russian conflict. Jake does a wonderful job differentiating between the truth and propaganda. I know that war, politics and religion are touchy subjects that can make people angry. I will go on the record and say that the financial and military help bring offered to Ukraine is necessary and just. Freedom is absolutely worth fighting for but that's just my own opinion.
