What would be your favorite loader to get now , I looked at Bob Cat and I looked at Kubota

Thanks for watching. We still like the wackers… mainly due to price and our relationship with the sales and service Dept. We have since bought a WL60 and WL52 to add to the WL38 and 5055. We purchased a Bobcat L65 and the machine has nice cab options, but is underpowered and slow compared to the 5055. I’m a fan of Kubota mowers, but have not ran their mini loaders at all. Again, I always recommend ensuring your relationship with sales and service is #1 over the brand. Also, financing and warranty options.

Specs state that each can sprays approximately 200’ linear feet at 4” wide. We typically spray it slower and thicker and reach 170-180’ linear feet. A standard parking stall is 8’ wide by 16’ deep on each side so 8+16+16=40 linear feet. So you can do approximately 4.25 individual parking stalls with 1 can. Keep in mind that many parking stall lines are shared so it’s best to measure total linear feet of the lot and divide by 170 to calculate total # of cans needed. Hope this helps guys! Thanks for watching.

Hi Tim, I am 17 and run a little lawn care and starting to do landscaping business in East Grand Forks. I see your shop everyday and I admire your business. As I am so young, I have a ton of questions that I have a hard time getting answers for. A requirement for my junior year in high school is to job shadow two different places. I didn't want to waste my two job shadows on things that I am not interested in to just get them done; therefore, I was wondering if you would be interested in letting me job shadow you and your business?

Yes. It has now been 2 months and our dealer hasn’t been able to fix it. Now the 5055 went down. They gave us two loaners and one of them went down last week. So we had 3/4 Wacker machines out of commission and had to use backup plow trucks. I hate doing things half-assed so there will most likely be a change coming by EOY 2023.

I wish more would talk about commercial money vs residential money? Sure residential is per year and commercial is per push but talk numbers...the people that watch this channel want numbers.
@TheLandscapingLifestyle
@TheLandscapingLifestyle Жыл бұрын
Thanks for watching Jake! We have commercial clients on per season, per month, per push and per hour contracts. When we did residential, we also had residential agreements on a per clearing, per month and/or per hour basis. The reason a lot of people don’t talk numbers is because numbers are different for every business. There is no one size fits all. For example, we calculate our fixed overhead and operating costs and then identify how much guaranteed money we need each month. Then, we get seasonal or monthly-fixed-rate agreements to ensure our overhead is covered. Then, we pursue profitable per push and hourly accounts that allow us to maximize time vs money. This way when we have subcontractors or employees completing services, we know we’ll cover payroll and be able to see profit for the business. If you would like to talk in more detail, email [email protected] and we can setup a call. Hope this helps!
