this is a great avg but PLEASEEE work on rotations bro you were doing an avg of 7.8 rotations per solve in this avg which is losing you so much time - i think if you work on rotations alone you could drop your global by multiple seconds. you only need to rotate a maximum of 1 time per pair (so ABSOLUTE MAXIMUM 4 in a solve) so if you do slow solves trying to get down to that number it will help you so much

Thanks so much for the advice! A lot of people actually told me that. What’s funny that even with those 8 rotations I got a PR faster than my global by almost 1.5 seconds.

@@rsokolovskyi My advice: avoid repeatedly rotating to find your F2L pairs. Try to execute each step (including the rotation and the specific case) after you have planned for it.

I am not really sure how much, but it is not that difficult to be honest, it just requires going to a lot of competitions. Since I am only actively going to competitions for about a year and a half it is quite impressive, but a 5k solves milestone is already something which is much harder to get

Yeah, that’s the thing, for this round I was turning rlly calm, coz I knew that a PR average would be easily achieved, also my squan was a bit loose, so I wasn’t trying to get a pop and ruin my avg. Btw, I got insanely lucky with 0/5 parities
