Builder is west bank , quality should not be bad. West Bank is a good builder . If you have to live and require 3 bedrooms that will cost min over $3000 a month even rent has been dropped . Buying is better than renting in long run .

its 'cheap' for a reason. Lots of leaking problem so you gotta spend more on insurance and strata fee
