I disliked the video because the person behind this channel is clearly a foolish little child. Sheikh Fawzan said that the statement that was repeated by Morsi is kufr, but that does not mean that Fawzan was passing takfir on him. There is a difference between saying a statement of kufr and actually being a kaafir, a difference that the individual behind this KZbin channel does not seem to understand. The video title is a lie. May Allah ﷻ record you with the liars until you change this title to a title that is accurate.

Khurooj against Al Hajjaj is unrighteous. Rasulullah has explicitly explained it clearly obedience to ruler is obligatory even when they act unjustly. Search up Hadiths on it.

Many Tabi'i considered Al Hajjaj an apostate, and therefore it was righteous. Be obedient to a ruler who rules by Sharia, even if they act unjustly.

Ibn Taymiyyah related from Hasan Al-Basiri in Minhaj us-Sunnah (4/528): Verily, Al-Hajjaj is the punishment of Allah. So do not repel the punishment of Allah with your own hands. But you must submit and show humility, for Allah the Most High stated: وَلَقَدْ أَخَذْنَاهُم بِالْعَذَابِ فَمَا اسْتَكَانُوا لِرَبِّهِمْ وَمَا يَتَضَرَّعُونَ And We had gripped them with suffering [as a warning], but they did not yield to their Lord, nor did they humbly supplicate… [Surah Al-Mu’minun 23:76]

That is the opinion of one man, a Tabi'i. There were 1000s of Tabi'i that revolted. Doesn't mean one is right or the other is wrong. If they had successfully removed Al Hajjaj, Hasan Al Basri wouldn't have made that comment. Are you madkhali murji'a btw?

I said, “O Abū ‘Abdillāh, what do you say about taking part in the revolt with these people?” He decried it and started saying, “Subḥānallāh! The blood [of the people], the blood [of the people]! I do not believe in this and I do not tell others to do it. For us to suffer our situation in patience is better than the fitnah (tribulation) in which blood is spilt, property is taken, and the prohibited are violated (e.g. the honor of women). Do you not know what happened to the people (in the days of the previous fitnah)?” I said, “And the people today, Abū ‘Abdillāh, are they not in fitnah [because of the ruler]?” He replied, “If so, it is a limited fitnah, but if the sword is raised, the fitnah will engulf everything and there will be no way to escape. To suffer patiently this [current difficulty], where Allāh keeps your religion safe for you is better for you.” I saw him decry revolting against the leaders, and say, “[Do not spill the people’s] blood. I do not believe in this and I do not command it.” > > (Abū Bakr Al-Khallāl, Al-Sunnah article 89.)

What is your point? I can quote you classical scholars who said it is an obligation if the 'ruler' becomes and apostate. You are comparing apples to oranges. The rulers at the time of Imam Ahmed did not legislate besides Allah SWT, or make halal what is haram.
