Y'know, if I didn't know any better, I'd put a crackpot theory here that Toby's attempting to unify all of the fictions he's ever worked on to Deltarune via the association between fiction/dreams and the dark worlds that bring them to life, with backing support through Undertale's multiverse theories and how many of his prior musics have leitmotifs that are clearly meant to be linked to the characters who later use those same melodies. But I know better than that, and so should you.
