Sorry, I live far far far away from Florida, and the time difference is 13 hours for ETS (I used to live in NY State). As a middle age man (for my health), I try my best to enhance my physical fitness!

hey there!we used the same kind of bar to pin our feet in high shcoll fitness tests. two minutes is a challenge, but you did very well!!bobby whitaker

According to the manual of Military physical fitness training, Taiwan. When conducting a sit-up test, we need a friend's help fixing feet. But no one could do that when I do the test. One day, I found the low "fence" and it just perfectly fitted my feet to do the test!
