I like your STRIPE theme but the piano riff on the bridge is beautiful. A very under-stated score after the end of scene 1 which gives it a different feel to 99% of the entries. Best of luck.

Interesting minimalist approach at the end, and a really great opening too!What are your favorite libraries? Best of luck for the competition. I submitted mine the other week as well.

Thank you!! I was torn between the minimalist ending and doing a classic super hero fanfare during the title cards at the end. I heard other people do that and it made me wish I did that. But at the end of the day, I wanted the emotions of the boys death to linger. I’m new to sample libraries, I almost entirely used Spitfire’s BBC orchestra for this. Hi Just curious if you can use GK plex on active basses with onboard preamp already? Thank you for your help.

Yes you can. I do all the time. You have to balance everything right, though. You might want to roll back on your on board preamp a little before you dial in the Plex

Curious, I'm trying to use my gk plex as an interface too but it doesn't look your plex is actually connected to your computer. I'm getting a lot of latency.

I’ve tried a few different setups. I have used my Plex as an interface in the past but I’ve also used it with an external interface as well. I know of the latency you mentioned. I only notice it on playback, though. It doesn’t happen when recording. So it becomes an easy fix with a minor adjustment of the region as a whole in post. I track using Ableton, as well, in case that makes a difference. It’s hit or miss with me. Lately, my Plex has been more for live use and I’ve been recording direct in. But tastes change all the time.

@@Prodbass Thanks. I'm going to try and connect it to my focusrite scarlett 2i2 and from there into Logic Pro and see if that helps. But going direct from the usb just ain't getting it.

@@Prodbass I figured it out. Chose the Plex as my input device and and Built-In output as the output device. This cleared up the latency. If I choose the Plex Plex as the output device, the latency kicks in.

Can I use this mini keyboard on regular amplifier and 2019 iPads ?

Sorry for the late response! Yes you should be able to. Mine is a 2016 iPad Pro 9.7 inch and the keyboard has a built in audio interface so you should be able to go to an amp from it.

Hi, is there any sound card, or you can record with GK plex only with USB connection with good quality? What SW do you use? Cubase? Nuendo? How much is the latency with GK plex? Thanks. :-)

PS4 DREYELANDER The Plex works as an audio interface too. There is a USB port on it. I use Ableton for tracking and I didn't need to download any special drivers. It recognized it right away. The sound quality is awesome and I have zero latency.
