The campus is a lot different from what it was in 149,but I could still find Castle Hall where I was a chemistry major in 1945-49.

Now that is one of the reasons I want to be a wildcat! I am an A B student!

45 years ago, students (male students at least) lived 4 to a room, with two small closets and two dressers and 2 sets of bunk beds, and all four shared a desk or sometimes two little desks. Showers and bathrooms were down the hall... WAY down the hall sometimes. Things have certainly improved.

This is the only university I've ever seen make people feel good about theme selves. I see blue in my future!

Thanks for your question. Completing a foreign language course is not a requirement to be admitted to the University of Kentucky, but it is a requirement for certain majors. If you pursue a major that requires a foreign language, it must be completed to earn a degree. I have added a link to the description of this video about the pre-college curriculum at UK. The priority deadline is February 15th, but we would encourage you to apply as early as possible. #seeblue!

You guys are doing an amazing job with recruitment! You all have really made me feel special throughout this entire process and have definitely persuaded me to apply! Tomorrow is our school's college visit for UK, I will ask my final questions and plan on my finishing my application by the end of the week. Wish me luck as I hope to be Seeing Blue when my admissions letter comes back!
