Just wanted to weigh in on the short sword verse dagger. Base damage wise the short sword has the same damage as dagger even with the 15% damage bonus to daggers. However the importance of Thrust (20%ap) along with the daggers 5% ap cannot be understated. With Thrust technically a blue dagger will have nearly as much damage as a legendary short sword against even a mage at 20% PDR. This means that a dagger can have far more damage than a short sword, especially when you take location damage multipliers into account, meaning when you hit a headshot you will have even greater damage than a short sword. The main trade off is reach and aim.

If you try a wideo with carnage make sure to stack some buff duration. Theres a mechanic with barb where if you stack enough buff duration and resourcefulness, then you can have certain skills up permanently (due to skills like rage starting its cooldown while its affects are still active) Iron lungs helps with some skills for this too.

Unfortunately the 5 dex is just not enough to matter. You get about 1% ms from war sacrifice too but it just doesn't matter. It could definitely work if you're maxing out pdr with smth like carnage, but otherwise it just doesn't matter enough. I tried it for several days and it worked well in norms with 2 handers for the action speed, but in hr it just doesn't matter. The cd for it is just atrocious too compared to rage. It was definitely fun trying to do a +10 all attribute build though. There's definitely some builds out there that it could work with, but you may as well just do different classes.

So what's the thing with Hatchet, why not Horseman's Axe? Better range or speed? Angle? Has everything else been nerfed to sh*t that the used-to-be D-tier weapon is now the top pick?

war sac is not worth it, rage gives 15 stat points in vigor and strength, its infinitely better that war sacrifice. if ur 180 hp ur losing almost 20 HP. not worth it.

Hmmm... stat buffs provide more benefit when the base stat is low yes? Example: Rogues gain huge benefit from raising strength to 15. maybe war sac is better in kits with unbalanced stats so that the +5 rounds out the lower stats.
