I hope this was done for a relative or good friend for free. What an absolute train wreck.

Please understand I'm not trying to be rude but nothing here was done right, yes you have to use base coat and mesh, you have to stir your finish up, you have to use a stealess steel trail or plastic float to get correct texture and omg you must cover the entire ground with tarpaper two rolls wide to prevent a major mess. It pains me to see this kind of thing sorry guys

Nice looking panel. However did not cover the pavers. You would not be allowed to continue working on my job site if you don’t know this very basic, but very important rule.

Wrong. Suppose to put primus or a base coat over the mesh and seams. Never finish coat directly over mesh. Not approved. Stick to grills bud

In our experience it is not needed. Haven't had any problem with doing it this way yet.

@@jeffcarlson6262 your experience is clearly very limited. Not sure the motivation in making a video showing people the wrong, non manufacturer approved methods. You are the definition of ignorance

It takes 2 minute to lay down plastic or black paper so you don’t have to worry about dropping it on the paver stones

Agreed, plastic is a good idea. If this stuff dries it is very difficult to remove

Any Dryvit video you ever watch, the first thing they tell you is to mix the bucket for 2 minutes minimum.

This is not the table top…. They are going to turn it over on it’s side once it sets up.

I would hope a person would be able to keep food off the sides of the cabinet. The tool is called a metal sheers.

He would have to be a professional to use primus/mesh/cornerbead. He didn't even bother mixing the finish. He's all about grills.

The mesh was applied to every joint and corner. The primus, in our experience, is not needed. If you feel the need to apply it, by all means, do it.
