Great Question! Thank you for the comment. They have a walking trail that is big enough for a bike. As of this message they have a total of 5 Miles of trail for both bikes and walking. Great Question!! it is a public course so no membership is required to play. You just have to pay for Tee Time. That can range from $20-$50 depending on if you play 9 or 18 holes.

I love the Brook floor plan. It’s 1388 sq ft, it has a good size living room, lots of cabinets in the kitchen, a designated dining room, a walk in closet in the primary and luxury vinyl plank. I especially like the covered patio.

There are several brand-new condominiums currently being built by the same builders in close proximity. In terms of College Park, there are a few options currently available, although they tend to sell quickly. So, it really depends on your desired timeframe for purchasing and your specific criteria. We recently received interest from an investor who wants to sell four houses in the Oak Terrace-Bry subdivision, which is located near the campus, right next to South College Street. Are you interested in finding an investment property in close proximity to the campus?

I would never retire in Texas, the property taxes are outrageous. If our home was paid of we’d still be paying about $1,000 a month for our house and that number goes up 10% every year

It can actually be 0%. Some companies allow you to finance your down payment! So just throw that on top and be completely underwater. Navy FCU also 0 down as well. The state of California had downpayment assistance where they would give you the down payment and put a lien on your home so when you sell it they will get the money back

Yes certain people can qualify for 0% they even have a 1% options as well.
