Think the elephant took my allergy medication. It can really make you groggy and kinda out of it.

I would think that if the heffalump meant them harm they would have been attacked from the outset.

Manual or Auto? Did you mod the vic or reduce tire pressure?
@expeditionphotographic967310 ай бұрын
Hi thanks for the message, ours was an Auto, we did sometimes reduce the pressure to drive on soft sand, we loved our XV and were constantly surprised by its offroad capability.
@poppacapnurass260810 ай бұрын
I've had my XV for about 11 years now and done level gravel tracks and not much else. Mines a Manual gearbox and I've heard they are not as good as the CVT. M used to be always better once upon a time. Was yours M or A? Does it really make a lot of difference?
@expeditionphotographic967310 ай бұрын
We only ever test drove the manual on the road, I can imagine that off-road you will need to be careful not to burn the clutch on the manual.

I have just started watching Elephant videos because one came thru my feed. This has to be such a awesome experience for him to just stand there quietly with very soft eyes and a relaxed body. The tour guide is awesome!! He set the boundaries when the Elephant started to put his trunk in to investigate. I have never seen one in person but now I want to. But not at the poor captive abused Elephant's expense. They should all be free to live their lives without humans doing what they do with these magnificent animals!! What an awesome experience!! Thank you for sharing your video!! To this big beautiful guy, prayers that you live a long stress free life!! Elephants are awesome!! 🐘

Is that an elephant raised by humans? His tusks are cut short!
@expeditionphotographic96732 жыл бұрын
Hi thanks for the comment, the elephant lives wild in a private game reserve near Ladysmith in South Africa, his tusks are short due to fighting with other males.

This interaction in my opinion strongly demonstrates the intelligence of animals, not to mention their surprising ability to show no resentment to humans despite all the terrible things we have done to hurt nature. We humans need to learn this type of behaviour.
