ok after playing a little bit i realised that it actually fixed literally all of my issues, i was lagging, there was a lag spike of 2~7 seconds every minute or every few minutes, there were also weird flickering/missing shadows and some more issues here and there but this literally fixed everything for me, Thanks a lot man....

Your gpu is a bottleneck, basically your gpu is less powerful than your cpu that’s why your gpu usage is more compared to cpu. Those frame drops you’re talking about in rdr2 might be happening when there’s a lot to render like a town or to many NPCs. There’s not much setting you can do to get rid of frame drops in these situations. Consider upgrading your gpu.

Lots of smashing my keyboard til it worked. No seriously, I used rivatuner to check my threads and noticed one specific core was clocked at 100% while the others were not even barely being used. So I disabled it and it allowed the overloaded core to spread evenly across the rest of my cores.

Open the game, alt+tab back to your desktop then do this. When you close the game, it'll automatically reset so you'll need to do it everytime you open the game

@@kupokinzyt yea, still wild even with 512mb, For Fact They used Cell 6 Spu's To Process Graphics but still absolutely unbelievable that they did that all with such little memory and such an extremely weak G70 GPU Clocked at 500mhz, indeed Cell is Extremely Fast and Powerful.

@@VictorHugoAlvarez-eternelymiss It's awesome you notice this, even as a kid when I first played this game and comparing it to other PS3 games vs them on my Xbox 360, my 360 usually ran everything better so it always gave me the impression that the PS3 was weak. Then I played KillZone 2 and it blew EVERYTHING the 360 ever did out of the water. Even games of Gears of War 3 didn't come close lol. Killzone 3 in a lot of ways which I also have a video on was amazing too but 2 just did the post processing effects, shaders, shadows and more so much better. Though 3 was a lot more colorful, I will give it that lol.

Yes, I think this is the best-looking game to ever come out on PS3 by far, even more so than Last of Us or Uncharted 3. What they managed to do here, let alone at a pretty stable framerate, just so much better than most other games at the time cannot be understated.

And the guy who is the Technical Programming Director of this game is the one that said that the Cell CPU was an Monster Superpowerful CPU in 2019, his name is something around Michael Van Der Lawn, I think they just had an Big Team of Very Expert and Dedicated Programmers who were really Expert and Dedicated, and they had max dedication on Cell, After all they just used 60% of Cell Available resources meaning with overclock on RSX we can expect 40% more Performance on the Game.
