Thankyou for your efforts and for sharing your process. You just convinced me that I can take mine apart and see what’s going on with it and potentially fix it! I so appreciate that you are contributing to the ‘fix it’ movement!

I’m glad you found it helpful and feel comfortable enough to take it apart and fix it yourself. I'm from the time of seeing how it works and fixing it yourself. Helped you learn along the way.

My fan isn't kicking on with mine for some reason? I took the battery shell off and tested each cell, they all were good to go. Any suggestions
@MrSettin00717 күн бұрын
Make sure that the battery is bottomed out when you push it down on the charger. Check to see if that little tab in the middle is pressed down. You may have to place a folded piece of paper to take up any slack for more contact. Let me know if this works for you?

I had the same problem looking on the internet for my 2015 jeep cherokee... i found out 2 things that helped.... they sound kind of dumb but they work. After you put in your search add in "not the grand cherokee" and 2nd after you put in your search add to the same line "-grand or -grand cherokee" sounds dumb but it does help when you tell google not look for something.

The radiator comes out from the bottom real easy.

@MrSettin007 i seen another video while I'm researching for my neighbor, he's removing his. He thinks the A/C refrigerant needs to be recovered. I can do his A/C for him. But in the video where the radiator was taken out from the bottom, the A/C lines weren't disconnected..

Probably be smart to put a cloth over the wood. That way paint doesn't damage.
@MrSettin007Ай бұрын
That would be a good idea as well. I did put much pressure, and the wood I used was a soft wood. It did give a little.

I just had someone change the fuel line cause I told him something was making me dizzy and said it was the exhaust but he said no it wasn’t it’s the fuel line but I’m still dizzy everytime I go in the car
@MrSettin007Ай бұрын
I have a few questions: 1. Is your engine light on? 2. Is this something new or a recent issue regarding your car before they change the fuel line? You may have to go into an exhaust shop they can check for any leaks since they will specialize in that area. If they Identify an issue, make sure ask them to show you where it's leaking to give you a better idea. Let me know if that helps. Thank you for sharing.

How did you remove the Switch and wood Surround Trim without Breaking it , I tried prising that panel off to replace the Switch but it won’t budge without breaking ? I was going to to take the whole door panel off . My window won’t budge
@MrSettin007Ай бұрын
You will have to take the whole panel off to inspect the rear of the switch. If the car was bought used. You have no idea what the previous owner did. It may be glued on or a screw behind there holding it in place. Let me know what you find. Thank you for asking!
@johnminshell653229 күн бұрын
You must remove door panel.

I cleaned my blades, put them back on and now the machine is pushing air out and not sucking it in. Its clearly spinning the wrong way. Any suggestion??
@MrSettin007Ай бұрын
As long as you did not touch any wires, You may have installed your blades in backwards. Open it back up and flip them over. Thank you for sharing your issue. Let me know if my suggestion worked for you.
@MarissaMaraisАй бұрын
Correct - I did not touch any wires and I did not remove the blades, I just cleaned the dust off with an earbud. I think the actual motor is spinning the wrong way now.
@MrSettin007Ай бұрын
@@MarissaMarais that's interesting. Did you take the batteries out by chance? If so, you can check and make sure that you put them back in the right way and did not reverse the polarity, let me know if this changes anything.
@MarissaMaraisАй бұрын
Thanks so much for your continued replies. Ive taken the batteries out and tried them the opposite way around (basically going against the + and - guidance and the machine then just doesn’t turn on. So frustrating as it spins, just sadly the wrong way 🤦♀️

Hi, I have this going on now with my Jeep sport. I have two questions; 1. Were you able to access the squeeze release with just your hand or did you use a tool to squeeze the release button due to narrow space? 2. What size reducer are you using? Thanks in advance!👍🏾
@MrSettin007Ай бұрын
Hey John. If you plan to keep your Jeep. I would suggest you use this kit because I am sure you will have more than the one to fix. Here it is: amzn.to/3ZDwcx7

Hey boss cool video. But you did not have to take the cowl off. The driver side is just as easy as the passenger side. There is an access panel right above the actual bolt in the cowl. But then I saw you pointed at the wrong fastener which looked like a nut after taking both sides of the cowl off. Right side of the wiper stud at.. 1:09
@MrSettin007Ай бұрын
Thanks. I did notice that once I uploaded and watched that I did point at the wrong area referring to the nut. It was confident that people would still be able to get the job done. I appreciate the feedback.

Probably guinea pig that escaped/someone released. Toss a towel/blanket down there to keep it warm and call the humane society if you're in the US, they'll pick it up. They do bite so don't try to pick it up yourself.
