I have seen this ballet several times, all the choreographies that Sharon Eyal has created fascinate me... I had the chance to meet her in Paris... I have a lot of admiration for her

Not beautiful.

Absolutely crap. Very few modern dance choreographers get to transmit something, this, again doesn't. We already know that dancers are flexible, no surprise there. For the rest, all the same: some "shocking" sexual ambiguity, flashy costumes, visual effectism, pretentious and boring music... All the same.

Saw in London, Sadler's Wells, May 2023. Absolutely mind blowing, couldn't take my eyes off the stage. So impressive. The music is superb too.

Saw the nowness video and I've gotta say I've never been blown away by any dance let alone shed tears. Simply amazing.

Jesus almighty- is there any chance that choreography might break out of the straitjacket of entirely pointless meanderings in bad light using lino and found objects from Primark shop windows. Is all this utterly pointless, clichéd slithering around to made up sonic doodling just so the woefully undertrained and ludicrously overflexible can bore us all stupid in series. Apparently you cannot call yourself a dancer unless you can get your head up someone else’s arsehole while trying to look as if any of the shit was remotely meaningful because man/woman anguished writhings really mean a single iota or add to the sum of knowledge about our world???Really????rather than YET MORE OF THE SAME CRAP!. Still its all fine to be a Legend in The Lunchtime of yet another futile and heavily subsidised ArtzCentrum (less Social Services = more Artzscheisse) so that audiences comprising yet more generations of under-trained poseurs and posturers can continue the great work in between attending conferences on the Interdisciplinarity of the Somatically Dispersive Engenderisation of Embodied Gender Positivity and Pan-sexual Photocopy Skills. FFS- just take some dance classes and go and get some more piercings. Better use of everyones time than selling tickets so that yet more people with tatts, piercings and assymetrical haircuts can waste time while audiences made up entirely of their sisters, cousins, Aunties and mothers can come and tell them how well their potty training is going.
