Please stop building these cults of personality around people who were smart, yes, but were also incredibly lucky in their circumstances. The world doesn't need more people following charismatic individuals because they've been taught to be in awe of them.

Does this also apply when you are doing storytelling with a different medium or just presentations? I get the logic. As soon as you said it I knew what you were going to say. Storytelling in the medium of videos can get away with it I guess.

I agree with this! My first big speaking event was in front of 8k people and I felt pictures would have pulled away from their own imagination.
