Just listened to your book. Super helpful! I was also a speech kid in high school (original oratory) and have just started making KZbin content. I really wrote this comment though to tell you that I love your “look” and you are beautiful!

Please stop building these cults of personality around people who were smart, yes, but were also incredibly lucky in their circumstances. The world doesn't need more people following charismatic individuals because they've been taught to be in awe of them.

Yes, I am sure there's absolutely nothing to learn from Steve Jobs, one of the most wealthy men and prolific businessmen of all time, who has built the largest company to date ($3T Market Cap). Yup. Nothing. All luck. /s

Luck opens the door to audience, but once you have their attention people will keep listening only if you have something of value to share. People kept listening to Steve Jobs because he offered a story that was of great value. Unlike you. You are just a jealous hater.

Does this also apply when you are doing storytelling with a different medium or just presentations? I get the logic. As soon as you said it I knew what you were going to say. Storytelling in the medium of videos can get away with it I guess.
