I purchased Thomson FA series 40 inch full HD Tv order id: OD331144484538928100, Invoice number:FAGWIW2500022764 on 02/05/24. This tv sound not working after installation of 3 days. It is beg to all don't purchase Thomson products. They not receiving the call nor respond the mail for registering complaint. Their authorised service centre refuse to repair beyond the registration of complaint. Flipkart also cheating that they will not take any favour after return validity. Flipkart totally neglect to help as well as contact with Thomson company for resolve the issue of customer. If I purchased the item from shop certainly they will help to resolve the issue. It is the real fact. Don't be Issue not yet attended
