Best of luck! Doesn t matter if it is a mansion or a studio, what matters is that you WILL NOT have to pay rent on it and ideally pay less in Mortgage or, even, no mortgage at all! As long as you pay less in Mortgage than in rent, you have won and have made a great achievement to be proud of and, technically, generated GENERATIONAL WEALTH for your future children! Go on queen slay❤❤❤❤❤
@monicaredman17194 ай бұрын
Wonderful support! In some cases paying more in mortgage than you might in rent, as long as your budget allows, CAN be the smart investment since your mortgage payments are helping buy down your principal loan amount allowing you to earn equity rather than giving your rental payment to a landlord.

Hi Abbey! I hope you are doing well :) You look nice so I guess the answer is yes :) Thanks for the wise link, I am thinking of using it in the future, dealing at the moment with 3 currencies, that's cool, I was always hesitant for some reason. Your tips are good ones. I think the most important is to get good habits as a young age and keep going with consistency. Because we end up by becoming our habits right. Sometimes because of other choices ( time off, living abroad - not working full time) the goals can change but if every time you are working you save, you'll be the winner. Also I always tried to keep in mind what is important is what you save not what you earn. Because If you make wise choices and know how to live life good with less, you'll be able to achieve your goals :):):) And there are so many different options nowadays. Also people can affoard bigger homes because they were able to get a mortguage on the first place and this thing by itself helps them to resell it with a better value (not always but the case in many many places still) so it's also important to look at where you will end up being and the most important, you can change your mind when you make good decisions. All that to say, great video, input and entertaining content! Take care ,x

Hi Myriem, doing very well! I've had a great week and how about you? I was also hesitant in the beginning, it's so scary to think about transfering money internationally, but it has worked well for me using Wise. Good luck! I agree with you it is totally about consistency and being able to enjoy life with less. I'll be sharing everything about this so stay tuned - hopefully sometime next year I'll have an update :) Take care and thank you for your support xx

Abbey ! It is such a great video ! Bravo :))) I relate so much. 100% we need to fuel the body and not just keep being addictive to the chemicals. But for that we need to pass this phase of "I can not do it". For me, I feel like I did not have a poor diet in the past but some and still sometimes, moments where food is an emotional response and in this case, it's unfortunately something that is sweet or greasy that the body asks for. It's such a wake up call to do some research and read about the role of big corportations in that. It's a journey to try to improve but a great one right. Because also being mindful, chewing for real, spending time in the kitchen prevent us to not be that gluttonous. You did amazing :))) Enjoy your Sunday.
@abbeyfrancis6 ай бұрын
Hey Myriem! Happy Sunday - hope you’ve had a great week! I’m glad you enjoyed the video. It’s definitely hard in the beginning, but after a while is really becomes second nature and your body does stop craving the really sugary or greasy stuff and automatically craves the ‘healthier’ alternatives. We’re all on our own journey and doing awesome - we mustn’t forget that!!

Superb video. Belgrade is far the biggest city of ours, but personally I like more Nis 😊 It is smaller but still have vibes of the city. It is crowded as well and great food there as well with bunch of nice restoraunts. At evening, along river called "Nisava" at summer, there are a lot of young people walking and have a great time with guitars or just chatting. Very nice atmosphere overall. Just one advice if you decide to visit us again and make a video about it. Please avoid everything about politics. Kosovo, NATO, Russia, Putin, Ukraine, EU, American or England government. Personally I don't give a f*** for any of those, and believe me there are a lot of people in Serbia who share those views as well, but also there is people who get sensitive about those topics and you can get a few rude or unpleasant comments and you don't need that cause you are very nice person. Everything is fine, even some critique if it's derserved, but politics should be avoided here at any cost. You are very kind and fun, and your two friends as well. Hope you doing great in life and enjoy your traveling. Come here again in Serbia, you are welcome at any time. ❤

Thank you so much for your kind and wonderful comment!! I hear what you're saying and have learnt a lot from this video about AVOIDING politics, especially when I have no lived experiences or understandings of Serbian politics. In the end, I discovered a wonderful country, culture and peoples. I hope to be back. My dream is to do a road trip in Serbia - it's just such a wonderful country and I want to discover more of it. The place left a big impression on me and I'm sure many others.

Also when someone is passionate about something we can see it in their eyes :) Good on your for these steps! Keep going and enjoy life as much as you can.
