Hey man. So I'm in the exact same situation as you are. I use a 240Hz 1080p monitor right now but got a great deal on an used 75Hz 4K monitor and I mostly play War Thunder. On the 1080p monitor I'm used to playing with 180-200 fps but since my 4k monitor will be capped at 75fps will I really see a drastic downgrade in performance? Is there any downsides you experienced in terms of competitive edge?
