I loved playing Splat 1. But I i dropped it and didn't olay the sequels because it did not allow you to make custom weapon load outs and you could not choose game mode/map rotation.

Dont care how broken splatoon 1 was way better then fighting try hards on splatoon 3

I got into splat 1 thanks to one of the testfires, played that and was hooked, got the game and played for a decent while, mained the good ol' splattershot with burst bomb and bomb rush I think splat 1's meta has moved way beyond what i knew at the time but i was good, i think I also was a moray towers enjoyer so idk

The inkzooka, instead of been an sniper like assistant weapon for short range weapons like the splattershot or the carbon roller, was instead a literal panic button that wouldn’t allow you to move for 7 seconds.

Hey, I just started playing splatoon with pretendo, is there a perticular weapon good for beginners or sum ?

My favourite broken thing was no regional matchmaking and no net code to deal with lag, so you'd get matched against Japanese players who were functionally invincible because you had 200+ ping to them and the game didn't favour the shooter

The pure uncut cocaine of the Splatoon series, vividly remember coming home from a trip to Six Flags on my birthday to a copy of this game on my bed(my mom overheard me talking about it constantly). The most broken mess of a game I have ever played, loved every second of it.
