have you wrecked at all? I wanna get a spectral cf7 but the only thing i’m scared of is cracking the carbon frame. granted I haven’t wrecked in like 2 years, but yk always gotta be careful I mean I hit double blacks, jump trails and everything

nice bike, can u share ur experience on shipping and import duties, i see on the site it says shipping to Canada exclude 13% import duty and other taxes, how much in total taxes fees you paid. Thanks

@@mtbjunarell1545 canyon gave me a replacement frame. Fun fact: i just got a new replacement frame for the replacement frame under warrenty. Apparently it could not handle the 450 km i did this winter …

its not safety related at all. its a factory issue, not canyon directly.

I have exactly the same problem now with my spectral 29 cf9, after 1 season, I just filled out the warranty card and was wondering how long I'm going to wait for a new frame (no response yet after 5 days). I like this bike but losing weeks of cycling really piss me off, especially if the problem is not solved on recent frames. did you have the same problem after you got your new frame ? My close friend ended up asking for a full refund after 3 frames in 5 months last year, he had the new spectral CF mullet. I just hope it doesn't end like this with mine...

I had the same thing with my torque cf8 mullet. Semd it back and got a new frame frome them.

Bro I have a similar problem on my spectral 29 cf 7 (it creaks really bad and probably will soon be like this) is there anything I can do too prevent it??

I have same problem. Spectral 29 like this. I will try to fix that with epoxy.

Looks really cool! I'm getting a Spectral AL 6 soon because I like Rockshox/SRAM more, but the CF 7 in green is pure beauty. Did you think about new grips in blue, like the flat pedals? I think this would look really cool, and dependant on the grips, it doesn't even cost that much. Though, the G5 grips are fine.

Hi, can I ask how tall you are and what size bike did you get? I’m 6ft (183cm) tall and generally ride a large however there website says medium when I put in my measurements. I am looking at the Spectral 27.5 AL 5 or AL6 . Thanks

@@chenz147righto I‘m really small, 163 cm. I got my bike in S. It’s a little oversized (says the Canyon website) but it fits well so far.

@@chenz147righto <3 The best way to check your perfect size is still test riding one, but I don't know if you can. I'm living in Germany, so I could easily get to the Canyon Showroom in Koblenz and ride a few of these babies. I don't know if you can test ride Canyon Bicycles elsewhere.

@@nimiro2668 nah mate I’m in Australia so virtually impossible …. But yeah I wouldn’t normally buy a bike that I haven’t sat on but willing to do it for one of these. I don’t really see them on the trails here either, only one I have seen recently was a small.

Slick Rock is a little chunked out where you were having problems, I avoid that one now. Nice riding though, you were rippin.

@@MrSupermugen no way! I didn’t know there was a fb group. Seems like a common issue. Canyon has been annoying to deal with over the full thing

@@steezmedia26 thats seriously not good haha, the FB page is full of it, apparently the new frames coming from factory as of a week or two ago are good to go.
