I used my moms, I told her to sell it immediately and get a gas griddle. Every time I used it, the heat dropped super fast, and food did not cook… The gas griddles are only like a 100$ more, and if your powers out, you’re not cooking on that. The idea of it is great, if you’re only cooking for one or two people it makes sense. Not worth it in my opinion. I grill and smoke a lot, and that griddle just frustrates me.

When I started with this, I started with a few drops once a day. I have been using this supplement for probably 4-5 years and do 3-5 dropper-fulls once a day. I am NOT a medical professional, so I cannot recommend a personal dosage. 😊
