It’s such a bizarre game, played this in Apple Arcade… While it seems like a spiritual successor to Space Harrier it’s kinda boring, all you do is aim/lock on targets and dodge bullets. The music, while ok and sounds like Queen did it, it feels so out of place and doesn’t get the hype going. The Panzer Dragoon remake was a bit more exciting to play then this

Just ordered the physical from Strictly Limited. I love the old school, Space Harrier vibe. Makes sense, being from Yu Suzuki.

Can someone please explain something about the gear items: So i jave all 3 of the defensive gear items unlocked, and equipped. But i've noticed that only one piece of gear is active at a time, and i seem to be stuck with that oiece of gear until it runs out of uses, THEN it switches to the next piece. I can't figure out a way to manually switch between which one is active; you would think this would be something you can do, as each piece of gear is suited for a particular level / set of enemies; But if i'm on a level that would benefit from piece of gear #2, but i still haven't used up all of the uses for gear piece #1, then i'm out of luck, and can't use the piece of gear that i want. Am i missing something? Surely there's got to be a way to switch what gear is active.. If not, then PLEASE make this a feature in an update. Im surprised nobody has brought this up yet

Finally!!! I’ve been waiting to play this!!!!

Hey, so I can't for the life of me figure out what the "wing" currency is for. (There's 3 currencies: Stars, Tickets, and another one who's icon looks like a wing) I also feel like I'm missing something about what the tickets are for, other than trading them for stars; But surely there's more of a use for them than just trading for stars, right? But yeah, I have no idea what the angel wing currency is for. Can anyone explain these for me? Thanks in advance!

I think I kept my Apple Arcade subscription for three months, given that this was the only game for it. I’d preferred to have bought it on retail.
