where did you buy the kit for rear disc break conversion?
@MrDamac942 күн бұрын
I put it together myself. I bought the backing plates and all the brake parts from a 3rd gen truck, and designed up the mounting plates, and had a local company laser them out. I could not stomach the $1000 plus for the kits out there today…

What are monthly payments on the truck ?
@MrDamac943 жыл бұрын
I was paying around $650 a month, I had good equity in the truck I traded in for this one.

@@MrDamac94 what does that mean? We have a 2016 ram how would we know how much we have in ours?
@MrDamac943 жыл бұрын
@@IamNikkiG what I mean by that is the value of the truck was higher than how much i owed on the loan. So when i sold the truck and payed off the loan, I had a good amount of cash left over to put towards a new truck.

Has the payload number been a problem for you? Beautiful truck, pretty much exactly what I want just can't decide 2500 or 3500.
@MrDamac944 жыл бұрын
I have not paid a whole lot of attention to the payloads, I have been focusing on making sure my Weight rating have kept me out of CDL territory. Plus when it is loaded a little more and squaring, I have just bumped up the pressure in the airbags, and the truck handles the weight fine, it’s has a little more body roll, but that may be attributed to the leveling kit and different shocks. I would say make sure you get a truck that has a payload/towing capacity that makes you legal for insurance purposes and all that fun stuff.

Nice to see someone who knows how to plow and doesn't abuse the truck. Actually stopping before changing gears? Unheard of. Like the 12 valve. I have a stock 89 I put in my 72 W300 with 9ft plow, 7ft wing and sander all on central hydraulics. Keep up the great videos.
