I think I may have just replied on the other comment :-) This one is actually a butter warmer. It works amazing for small spaces like a bedroom or bathroom. It can be difficult to get it to actually simmer, but it is possible. Just need to keep a closer eye on it because the water evaporates more quickly in these than the other pots

How neat! There are soooo many books available - each one offers a different insight. I personally think it was murder covered up by a haunting after all of my research & talking to locals who shared their knowledge, but I do believe that Adams and the area has strong energy and is 'haunted'. Have you ever been to the Bell Witch Cave or cabin tour?

@@seanalindey I don't really have a single source (if I ever find something close to it I will always share) and to be perfectly honest a lot of people will use the Cunningham's Encyclopedia of Magical Herbs.It is definitely the top shared source - it might resonate for you, but I personally have only skimmed through it & don't use it as a resource. However, he does site a lot of where the info came from so that is always a plus. That book is probably the most shared resource. I have found that most ingredients get their metaphysical symbolism from their physical properties. For example, black pepper can be used to remove dark energies or anything blocking you & physically it is often used in detoxes (if that makes sense as an example). I will have to put together a list of resources that I use because it comes from all over (including Spirit sometimes) one day - I'm always happy to share what I'm able but it's difficult when there are so many different places being pulled from

@@kimduncan5593 I hope you love it as much as I love mine 🖤 it is a great alternative to stovetop (and real cast iron) - it rarely actually simmers the water (gets VERY hot though) but works wonderful for aroma
