I have been waiting over a year now. Blendjet made people get rid of the problem. Therefore, no lawsuits. Now they simply go dark until people just stop asking and forget about it. It saved them Millions. They sent out a few of those replacements to make the public think they were honoring it. However, DO NOT expect them to send one to every one who destroyed the problem they asked you to get them out of. This practice has been a huge business recovery practice for years. Damaged/defective product - ask consumers to dispose of it - promise to replenish said product, wait long enough that the millions we need to replace drop to thousands, send out a few hundred replacements, and wait longer until the numbers go away. Several years later most people have bought a new one or different product. Either way, the company AVOIDED lawsuits and out of pocket expenses on replacements. Big company, crying they are a small company WINS

The original BlendJet I was given as a gift, will not line up with arrows and the blades are not centered, they are closer to one side where the arrow on the base is,, it's a major disappointment. Will not ever recommend a product that is not produced as advertised. 😢😢
