I recently purchased this mold. I have followed the instructions to the letter 4 different times. I have had an epic failure 4 times. The bottom mold either comes out of the kiln with a huge bubble or has melted the glass so there no bottom at all. I have changed the temp and hold times to try to fix this but to no avail. I’m not sure what to try next?

In spite of weighing frit I can't get the amount right. It's too much, it's too little. Very frustrating.

Do you have to keep brushing the mold to get all the Zyp out? It seems like it takes forever. I kept brushing and there is still powder in the mold. Thank you...
