Perfect soundtrack to drive a good car, overspeed, feel overstimulated, but gives you wings! I normally don't like electronic music, but the voice! Wooow! Even sometimes sounds shaky, "around the world and baaaack" hahahahaaa like a goat..

I always regretted that Alan didn't release a purely instrumental album, just for piano. It would be something, and I'm not saying it would be DM songs.
If necessary, I can borrow a synthesizer stand for the next video...

great video and demonstration. What a treat it would be to have that keyboard at your house. I would spend hours playing it. I whole heartedly agree with many of the comments here, that Alan has such a great ear for how songs should be structured, melodies, and excellent rhythm and all combined that make the songs more impactful. I grew up listening to Depeche Mode since 1986 and after Alan left...the music just didnt have the same impact.

I’ll always love DM. But with Alan, THERE WAS NOT A SINGLE ALBUM THAT WAS NOT FANTASTIC. I love Some Great Reward and Construction Time Again as the much as the other more popular albums. But just look at the band with out him, A Broken Frame was just about rubbish but with exception of Ultra, the others are hit and miss and they are just a great band. With Alan, they were phenomenal.

So professional and talented they’ve never been the same without him. They were brought to stardom and fame thanks to his contributions. I hope he’s happy.

He was the genius behind their hits. They were never the same afterwards and there’s some diehard fans that love them like it or not, but he made them amazing and then and there’s some diehard fans that he left. I think he was pushed out a talented, talented man stupid absolutely stupid of them to lose him.
