Towels, whites, and lights with hot water, colors with warm water, and black with cold. Try not to wash towels with clothes, especially dark clothes. There’s oxyclean dark, woolite dark and other detergent that’s specifically for helping black clothes stay dark longer. You’re supposed to put fabric softener in during the rinse cycle, but sometimes I put it in at the start of the cycle. Hope this helps!
