@ValiumMediaTech thanks for the response, but that's my issue it will post with no problem as soon as ai try to boot from USB I get the numerous BSOD's it never makes it.

@ValiumMediaTech my thoughts also, traded out ram, ssd, used integrated graphics, umplugged all fans, processor, and today changed from my z790 hero to a Asrock Z790 Nova after eliminating the other culprits posted with no issues tried to put windows on via USB and BSOD with same errors. I am at a loss. Rolled back bios on Hero board, updated bios on Nova board. The only thing I haven't changed out is the PSU. That will be next. I have a brand new Lian Li 1300 Edge In the rig now.

I have downloaded the file and test it right now. It is working without errors. Make sure you have download the file correctly, and that all associated files are available on the same folder. DOUBLE-CLICK (or right-click>Open) the auto file to show its content. If the file is empty, then you have to copy it again.

This may indicate a hardware corruption in your hard disk or RAM. Try to check the disk for errors using CHKDSK command. If there is no problems on the disk, try to open the computer cover and remove the RAM modules one by one and try installing windows again until you determine the corrupted one.

Why you can say that? As stated and as shown on the video, the app tested and confirmed it's functionality to recover the data from BitLocker-encrypted *SD card*. However, We can't confirm it's functionality on another storage types.
