Great stuff! Adding the bottles is an interesting idea. Is there any concern on the bottles leaching chemicals or microplastics into the soil as they break down? Love the work you guys are doing!

Hi @JumpingSpider37 Thanks for your question! Potential toxicity from plastics is a challenging question. Much of the available research concerns plastics in landfills or bits of plastic that end up in compost piles or sludge. There is a concern for thin plastic, like the plastic used to cover raised beds in commercial vegetable production. It's difficult to get it all out of the field and there have been studies showing that what's left in fields breaks down into smaller and smaller pieces with negative effects on soil life. Most of the concerns in the literature for plastic bottles/containers are based on buildup in landfills and what happens when it eventually starts breaking down. In light of these considerations, a few points that come to mind are: • Take paper labeling and underlying sticky components off water bottles before putting them in tires. This prevents any possibility of metals/toxins from inks and glues from being released. • Keep plastic bottles covered. Bury them in the soil or cover them with mulch. Avoid having water bottles exposed to the sun for indefinite periods. This keeps plastic from becoming brittle due to UV light, breaking up, becoming part of the soil, and eventually releasing harmful chemicals. If there is a concern, maybe change out the bottles occasionally instead of keeping the same bottles in the containers year after year. • Explore organic options for lightweight gardens such as corn cobs, larger twigs, or pine cones.

Thanks for sharing, this was great. Desmodium rensonii was new to me and I am always looking for lyine sources. Are your rabbits growing 100% on these forages or do you have to purchase additional feed for them? Also, are Cnidoscolus aconitifolius and sauropus androgynous good options as well?

Wonderful presentation! Sharing some notes - Integrate grey water into your systems. - You want water in the soil, not on top of it, otherwise there are loses - "If you don't understand the thinking behind a strategy its going to fail!" - "Plant the rain before you plant the tree" - Life's a slow process, just get started." Water Harvesting Principles: 1) Long and thoughtful observation 3:22 2) Start at the top of the watershed and work your way down 7:25 3) Start small and simple 15:34 4) Slow, spread, and infiltrate 22:26 ****5) Always have an overflow and use it as a resource 33:06 6) Maximize living and organic ground cover 42:02 7) Maximize beneficial relationships and efficiency by "stacking functions" 46:26 ****8) Long and thoughtful observation II 51:05

If you are Catholic, you are being lead astray by this religion. Do your research, Roman Catholics changed our Bible, what is in it or not in it, changed our holidays , calendar etc…, Mystery Babylon is the Roman Catholic Church. The Pope is Prophesied to be part of the NWO, helping bring in Satan!! One world order and govt. He is part of the Demonic 3 to take over. Don’t be deceived, research, find the truth, because you are being lied to!!!🙏
