good safety vid...bad the guy killed had to die just to move railcars, very sad... but it's human nature to NOT take seriously a job within a job... seems like the railroad portion of this job is secondary to actual mining... what follows then is the attitude of star treks dr McCoy... "i'm a doctor, not a bricklayer"... i'm a miner not a railroader... very dangerous mindset to have as the rail equipment doesn't distinguish between the two... if you work haphazardly (whether you're a professional railroader or a miner/railroader) your gonna get hurt....work SAFE

This is nonsense! Electricity does not go to ground! It doesn't´t! Do you really understand what you are saying here? Ground is a term used to define a point in a circuit as the 0 V reference for all the other voltages, also coming ground o COM. There is a difference between circuit and earth ground. The earthing of a circuit just means that the earth is a part of the electrical circuit. So in reality we connect one of the two terminals of a generator to ground/earth. The potential difference (voltage) always exists only between the two terminals of the source not between one point of the source and the earth!
