At first I couldn't figure out if the video was frozen or if it was a still image

literally no one else is singing Riu Riu Chiu slower. everyone goes at the prescribed speed and it pisses me off that they do that. this is my fav version.

I agree. Mirabilis does medieval and renaissance music extremely well. I do prefer their initial version from the Pleiades album, but this is a fine version as well.
