Woah be careful with that, if your elbow stretches and further you bicep will for sure snap off like nothing it’s a very small muscle man. I get it’s for arm wrestling but you gotta work up to that weight but that’s just my two cents you do you of course just thought I’d throw that out there. Biceps never the same after an injury, and can only be fixed once…

@@BennyG-l4v to be honest I’m just a type of person that I like doing variety of things and trying new things . Never been the type of person to do one thing , I’ve race motocross for years , bmx riding , I compete now in competitive arm wrestling , use to do videos of jumping RC trucks , so if I see something new I’d like to try that’s what I go for . Just out having fun
