I'd recommend reading Mind Gym by Gary Mack. It's sports centric and has a plethora of help with confidence and competing. I learn something new with each read depending what I'm dealing with in life.

Also…totally noticed the difference in depths of the Tone vs. any other Popcorn plastic. Tone has more glide for sure. But the others feel better for forehand to me (as well as backhand…but I don’t like the deeper Tone for forehand).

Woke up at 3am saw this and I have a e7 putter signature disc

If I were making a disc it would be a lower profile midrange/putter straight approach category Magnet where it still has the Magnet feel to the rim and the other a Roc or Shark (midrange and short fairway) diameter Magnet for more glide on longer putts. The other would be a Classic Roc approach/putter disc like how the #2 Upshot from Lighting Discs was or the Classic Roc being an XD with a big bead.

i know you can't tell us yet how much you spend on personal trainer, can you tell us how much weight you have lost or muscle gained, improvements in the gym? i think that would be a neat thing to hear about in your journey. newer to disc golf, but also, while i'm outside, why not keep it going and get healthier too i say to myself!

Wren is my putter. It does feel really good. Learned how to use the owl on approach shots where it needs to drop fast. Cardinal and Lark haven’t found a spot yet. Enjoyed seeing you adjust to how they all fly.

For the flex, started on hole 2 as hole 1 and the distances weren't updated.There was also a consitent swirly wind of 20ish mph winds with gusts 25-30.

Lucky for you I have an auto-immune disease that cost me all my hair so a disc dad hat would be perfect.

I keep a small bag, 12 ish. That Cardinal for me covers 2 or 3 discs. It did take a while to get used to the feel, but it does cover a few bases for me.

Are the hats ok for people with huge heads? Are they deep hats? I want to get one but I’ve got quite the noggin
