Thanks for your helpful comment. I haven't paid back a penny of debt yet and it will be written off in 10 years now, so I will never paid back what I borrowed. As an older mature student, you rarely will.

Thanks for the video, mostly really helpful. Unfortunately since Covid Wray Castle isn’t really open probably. It’s free to get in but only the ground floor available and it’s mostly just things for adults to read. Our kids only wanted to spend a few minutes inside and we spent the rest of the time exploring the grounds.

@@HelpfulMum no worries, just a heads up for future visitors as our kids loved your video but were a bit disappointed the castle was so different. They also said the roof was in a really bad way and the whole castle would be closing for 2 years for repair.

Watching this in 2024. How are you doing? I just committed to run 3x2k in August 2025. I’m a lifter, not a runner. 😅 I honestly hate running. But I still want to accomplish it.

I know this video was a few years ago but im glad I found your channel! I start uni this September and I’m 27 with 2 under 2 kids! I’m doing a full time adult nursing degree as the uni doesn’t offer part time 😢 I’m super nervous and I’m having a few doubts too. I hope I can handle it and make some friends along the way as I suffer with really bad anxiety 😅 any tips from anyone who’s gone through similar? Is it wise to join in the freshers week being a mature student? Will it be beneficial in anyway or do I just start at the teaching week and skip freshers entirely? Thanks :)

I began my bachelor in 2022 at the age of 37🎉as my child is older now. I like you just decided to take the plunge and am so happy I did! It truly brings meaning to my life! My highest class mark was a 96 last term and I never thought I'd be one to achieve the grades I do and I do believe its because of my life experiences prior to heading back. I love watching mature student vlogs because 😂I can relate so much especially being in classes with students my daughters teen age haha. I recommend empty nesters to head back to school it is so rewarding! ❤Much love.

Hi and thank you for your video! Do you, by any chance know, if the part that squeezes the mop (the wringer) is detachable from the bucket? I'm asking because i want to know if the bucket can be used to wash other things like windows and carpets, not just the floors. If the squeezer/wringer is detachable, it would make the bucket more simple to use to wash them. Thank you!

I run a B&B and often people take their make up off with towels, or end up with other stains on, so the towels are very stained when they go in to be washed.

@@comienmoffat2551well I did it after a few curve balls in my life. I have started a diploma in community services which has students from University as it’s an integrated course between college and university with students studying a bachelors of social work and students studying just the diploma. I’d say age is no barrier and just to go for it. My class so far has 3 girls who are 17 then 4 who are my age 37 and then 3 over the ages of 45. Great mix of people. There’s lots of support to help you.
