See I don't mind she posting this video. But to do a review of a property there are quite a lot of boxes to be ticked . It seems she was just blown away by the model or show apartment itself . One had to review the UDS , whether the project is in a flood prone region or not , amenities , security, connectivity to IT parks , schools , major transport hubs , hospitals etc. The theme for the project e.g. whether it's a green or eco friendly crap which most developers nowadays advertise. Hand to my heart , I don't give a heed as long as the project ticks 70% of the boxes . Well , good try Vanitha , just go a little detailed next time. Gives viewers like us a better insight into the project . 👍

We booked in Celeste long back but now when my relative tried to book, they found that the clubhouse UDS is owned by phase 1 residents alone. Is this not a problem for the rest of the residents like us in other phases?

I think we all are entitled to use the club, there will be a small fee to use the club in the future. Will confirm.

The Brigade sales team clarified this aspect and provided us all the needed information that the clubhouse UDS is shared among the residents of all the phases. We confirmed that the agreement copy also states the same. So it is not an issue or concern as stated earlier in my comments

We got down at Mysore and drove to Hasan city. I think there is a train to Shravanabelagola but not sure if it goes everyday.

Silk sarees are best @ Kancheepuram but other places are also ok. Please make sure it is real Silk.
