This video is tailored towards max level players and raiding. Low level dungeons are practically irrelevant due to how quickly you level, especially as a tank. My addons on screen are minimal, and everything is enlarged for people that watch my content, as it's tailored towards people learning. It allows for easier visual of buttons that are being pressed and gameplay events that are happening. Sorry you did not find it helpful, you just aren't apart of the targeted audience.

I gotcha. I'm not familiar with private servers, so maybe the dungeon leveling is slower. This video is covering the basics, and they should still apply to Cata raiding unless the server has modified the general WoW gameplay. Blizzard did a massive update to its UI system during DragonFlight, which is why you might have thought my HUD was overrun with addons. It allows for quite a bit of customization now. I'm obviously biased, but I think the War Within is in a good place right now. There is a ton of content to do whether you want to do it in a party or as a single player. Even if you can't play every other day they introduce a "catch-up" patch, which allows you to gear up pretty quickly before the next major content cycle.

I actually quit into MoP as well played at the launch of TBC and went hard all through TBC, Wrath, and started dying off in Cata. MoP ruined it for me and I lost interest. Came back for DragonFlight and it hit all my nostalgia points. Been playing it steadily since then. Actually got really excited for the next content patch as well. First time being excited over a patch

Lol. Yes, verbal cadence is/has been an area of improvement for future videos. It's difficult to pack a video full of information while keeping the duration reasonable.

Bad tanks are bad tanks. As a BDK, I can pretty much pull whatever I want because I'll heal through it. However, my teammates don't have that luxury, so I always keep an eye on how my healer is doing. I feel for those people who deal with these bad players, and I've seen it as well when on my healer.

When you open your map, you'll see a donut marker. Blue circles are dungeon entrances, and Green circles are raid entrances.

Correct. LFR and LFD (dungeon) will auto teleport you to the place once the group is formed. LFG requires you to run to the actual dungeon/raid entrance. LFG is typically used for mythic+ and raids Normal/Heroic/Mythic Personally, I don't head to the entrance until I join a group. Once I get picked up by a group then I'll head that way.

I like the dk tier piece chest piece i like. I have made some nice sets out of it. But the looks or it over all and just it's set bonus are dog water for unholy. Like 4% haste upgrade. Cool? Thanks? Lol

Tier set is def lacking. Kinda wish the tier sets would offer something new or at least have the bonus feel rewarding to finally unlock and obtain.

I have thought about doing Heroic guides as well, time is my biggest enemy! Hopefully the next raid I might try it out. Not yet. Blizzard did say they want this to become a mainstream thing and will roll it out to other dungeons later on. I'd expect at some point in TWW expansion or at the start of the next one its available for every dungeon and even possibly raids.

Noooo!!! You can definitely do it!! Here's everything you need to know for tanking! Ulgrax - Keep him near the middle, taunt swap after each Brutal Crash! Aside from that group the adds together and keep them out of the charge path. Bloodbound - Taunt swap after each Gruesome Disgorge, make sure if it's your turn to go to the shadow realm that you are standing next to the shadow pillar. In the shadow realm, grab the melee mob, keep him near the casters, and keep interrupting him. Sikran - Keep him in the middle of the arena. Taunt swap after the 2nd Expose. His attack goes, Expose -> Expose -> Phase Lunge. You can do it!

@@ThePrefessional Haha, appreciate it and I think your tips were very helpful. It's just the coordination that I find challenging, like how on earth I would lead half a raid of randoms to all go to the shadow realm or how I'd manage tank swaps at the right time. Maybe I'll just try to find a group nice enough to let me learn on a normal run.

I get it! Bloodbound Horror is my least favorite boss in this raid and is by far the most aggravating when it comes to executing (my opinion). Even worse is that it's the second boss of the raid. If you're really concerned jump into LFR and give it a look so you can see what it's like, I do think that seeing it at least once is crucial. The two hardest bosses to tank (or just more complicated IMO) is - First Bloodbound Horror and then Nexus-Princess (this is my favorite boss of the raid though) If you can tank those two the rest of the bosses you're good to go! For tank swaps, DBM (Deadly Boss Mods) is by far the most loud for telling you when to taunt swap. It will flash and yell at you to taunt, when the swap is supposed to happen.

Every stomp hits harder. The more stomps the more damage. If multiple are pulled it stacks even faster. It shouldn't be one shotting you unless they are alive for a longer period.

They do have an attack marked by swirlies, but if you're avoiding those its the smash! Blizzard uses unavoidable damage as the true wall for progressing in mythic+. Was thinking about it a little more too, the debuff lasts a while, so if you're tank is quickly pulling the next group before it falls off. It could just be that the stacks are too much. Good luck!
