I am a caretaker for a family that suffers from mental illness and a victim of abuse who was arrested because I was the male party in a domestic violence call. I had three fabricated charges of assault pending. My accuser admitted making the false allegations after I discovered she embezzled from our business, and making false domestic violence allegations against her first husband. The District Attorney dismissed the three fabricated assault cases (bless their hearts.) Yet charged me for violating a protective order for getting my 401K check from a mailbox after having my entire savings stolen by an accuser who assaulted me. At the time, I was living on the street after having $400,000 taken from my savings. The District Attorney’s Office tells the public they prosecuted a domestic violence case. They put the confessed abuser in the “victim seat” with a say over my sentence and early termination of probation. The word “justice” needs to be removed from the justice department. Don’t expect justice from Michael Dougherty’s District Attorney’s office, trial deputy Adrian Van Nice, and Judge Archuleta.

I the UK police have used these for years you get very little warning with a radar detector making them pointless as these guns are so quick to get a reading if your doing 40 in a 30 you have very little chance of dropping your speed. Unless the cop is pinging every car maybe! But they can pick out each car. Our police dont use Dopplers any more. We use a lot of "specs" time over distance cameras so a lot of people have given up speeding and the police can use more burger vans. revenues still come in from box juction' Red light & parking cameras.

I agree with a bill that compensates a person wrongly imprisoned for 18 years. I have always thought it is an outrage that people spend years in jail, and then they are found to be innocent, and the state says "oops, our bad" and then just sends them on their way as if nothing happened.

NOT GOOD ! .No one as yet, is realizing this situation so it will get horrible and more expensive without a modern plan such as a partnership with RTD short runs and other for profit transportation companies. HOWEVER.. as a CDL and Chauffuer LICENSED PROFESSIONAL DRIVER / OPERATOR ; my experience tells me the ELECTRIC BATTERY powered SHORT RUN design, is the way to go with increased RTD PARKING LOTS. Any other plan will be short term and cost way more and never ever solve the traffic problem. Go other .. I win the bet... LONGMONT LOSES. I also worked as a professional DRIVER at Denver International Airport... the best traffic design I have ever experienced. Rail Road ?
