But nobody mentions the breadrolls which have the texture of chewing gum.Why this important part of the hotdog experience is not improved is s puzzle to me--Use real bread.

How do you do? I enjoyed your video. You are a true Food Historian. In explanation of the the Peking Duck, you are more Chinese than Chinese. Best regards from Indonesia of the SouthEast Asia. 🇮🇩🦆🇨🇳 @guruofficial2

this is a surprisingly well made video for such a small channel, the edit and video production is clean, the voice is calm and remind me of a documentary, wouldn't be surprised if this channel get alot more popular

I enjoy the way you weave in evocative language with appetizing visuals and supportive music. I haven't yet been able to co-ordinate my entertaining plans with your videos but I'm working on it. There's a book I admire tremendously: Weekends Away Without Leaving Home (Conari Press). It gives advice on how to experience and celebrate great cities and cultures around the world through their food, music, movies, and literature. Your channel does for me, too.

Pork on a stick, one of my favorite treats. From street vendors or restaurants, it is always good! I am from the U.S., retired, mostly living in Manila. I enjoy pork on a stick for the flavor and the economical price. I will send this recipe to my sisters back in the U.S. and suggest they make it for their families. Thank you.
