I vaguely remember this. I was a little kid. Looking back and this is really good acting. It doesn't look like the cheesey corny stuff they have today.

Sounds like it was super short-lived. It's interesting, looks like he had a conan/fallon type talk show, but only on local Dallas tv.

The casting of Iva and Josh as Lily's parents was incredible. They could pass for her parents in real life as well. The similarities were uncanny.

Bill is one of those people who look 20 at 35, 40 at 50 and 50 at 65. When he said "I'm your father", I went "nope, you look like her brother" Edit: Turns out he's only like 13 years older than the actress playing Lily, so he was definitely not old enough to be her dad.

Show format doesn't work like the intimate interview. He's funny because you never expect much from a small junket

Bill Fichtner has said this was his first acting job. He has matured over the decades and is now one of our finest actors, highly respected by his peers. While "Josh" here is a bit over the top, today Bill is a master of subtlety who can convey thoughts and emotions with just the slightest change in his eyes or lips.

The younger woman is SUCH a bad actress. It is simply painful. I'm pretty sure she is the same woman who starred as the soap opera ingenue in Sally Field's movie, "Soap," which was a hilarious spoof of soap operas.

I've heard and also read about his voice acting for Ken Rosenberg, but I still do not belive it. Maybe he's just makin' somethin' with his voice for Ken, I don't know .. maybe it's just me
