If you like sea food they have done up the old Viviars Fish market in old Portsmouth and it is open to the public. Gunwarf Rd opposite the pub/bar ‘Albarbistro’ [the old American bar] [opposite the bridge tavern on the other side of the dock] As non trade public You can walk in and fill up a small bowl with anything they have in the reception area, fill it up the bowl yourself and take away ready to eat. [prawns, shrimps, cockles, muscles, squid, lobster, seaweed, various types of coleslaw etc] with salt pepper, vinegar, and Tabasco sauce ready to add as well. Recently I rode down there at lunch time during the week, filled a bowl of cockles, prawns, squid, and coleslaw, and ate it sitting on Southsea seafront.

How many amps are shown on the display when pedaling in fifth assist gear?
@robtherover
@robtherover Күн бұрын
I use the bike to ride to and from work, a total of roughly 8 miles in pedal assist 5. It’s roughly between 1.5 and 2 amps. When I leave for work fully charged on 54V’s, when I get home it’s on 48V’s. And that’s with the light on for the return journey.
@kriswolf8

@@robtherover You should replace the controller, it should be a minimum of 5A, then the bike has more power assistance. My bike, the 500W version, showed 2A from the very beginning, and I didn't realize that it should be more.

@@robtherover I also watched a video of replacing the converter on this channel, but I don't understand why it shows as much as 17 A. Maybe his converter has different parameters, his version of the bike is 750 W. In my case, after replacing the converter, it also shows 5A.

Man after my own heart! I make my own hiking/backpacking meals out of those, too. I have found it takes more time than you would think to make them steaming hot, but half the time I will just dump them into the pan with a few tablespoons of water and heat them in about 3 minutes. It's certainly a good idea to practise the basic manoeuvres since I know as a senior drone pilot myself it's all too easy to make mistakes, especially after being away from it for a while. I try to make it a habit more or less to take drone, RC and a spare battery in some pockets or small backpack if there's the remotest chance of doing a little flight wherever I go just to keep my hand in. I'd be a bit wary of doing it at that quite busy junction. I would be anxious the drone would do an emergency RTH and come down near fast traffic. You did well dropppimg it right onto your mat. Mostly now I pluck it out of the air about head height . There's a lot to think about between drone handling, photofraphy and watching for obstacles and people. Yet we see drone footgae and it looks so calming and smooth! 🙂
@robtherover
@robtherover 12 күн бұрын
Thanks for the good advice. I tried to find somewhere that had minimal traffic. You see people flying their drones out miles away. So far I haven’t flown it so far away that I couldn’t hear it. Building myself up for that one.
